Nice little place for dinner, lunch or just going out for drinks
Oasis Cocktail Lounge on Davie Street is a place that I seem to end up every now and again. It is a nice place with good food and really great pizza. The ambiance is what really makes this place great; for instance more often than not when I'm there they have a guy playing piano on a beautiful grand piano that fits right in with any good lounge scene. If I’m going with friends we usually try to get one of the booths on the back wall which is a great vantage for people watching; if that doesn’t work they have a pretty good patio. Oasis Cocktail Lounge is located on the second floor with the entrance just off Davie on Thurlow Street. I find I usually spend between ten and fifteen dollars whenever I eat there. If my friends want to go for drinks there it can end up being quite a bit more. [more] |
