If you aren´t from around here - and since you are reading the English page I assume you aren´t - you might find the selection of food in the avarage German supermarket slightly disappointing. If you feel like you have gone long enough without Oreos, Walker´s Chips and Heinz Baked Beans the food department of the central Karstadt (department store) on Mönckebergstrasse is the place to go.
