Restaurant Wilhelmshöhe This eatery was built on one of the surrounding hills of Jena. There is a road for those who do not want to walk to the restaurant, but the hike is actually quite enjoyable. You have a choice of going through the forest or along a (partially paved) path, the hike takes about 30-45min from downtown. You will be rewarded with good food and a fantastic view. The interior is quite comfy and in good weather you can lounge on the extensive outdoor platform. No better place to enjoy good food and a nice view over Jena. Ziegenhainer Oberweg 66. [more]
