Hotel España
This is the cheapest hotel I was able to find, we paid around 20USD for a double room, I liked it a lot because the hotel used to be a colonial house with many patios and terraces full of plants. The view is incredible; you get to feel as if you were actually living hundreds of years ago. I imagine for some people may be hard to find their room but we got a room right in the first floor. So it was not a problem. The only inconvenient that the hotel has is that the showers are outside, they are not in the room, but apart from that everything was wonderful I fully recommend it.
