This restaurant was recommended by a local who suggested that it would be good since we had several vegetarians in our party. Chow definitely serves above average Chinese food, and even though there aren't many surprises on the menu itself, the quality of ingredients and preparation make the meals something special. The waitress was actually hovering a bit, which makes for a nice change from the usual experience of getting ignored at many places.
