Located inside the luxurious Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel, there's a signature restaurant simply known as "bambú." Yes, written exactly like that. The restaurant itself is surrounded by fresh flowers and palm trees, making it look like something out of a fairytale as a romantic setting just for two. When I came here, I was awed with delight. Be sure to attend their Sunday champagne brunch, which is a feast of sushi, made-to-order omelettes, crepes, seafood, carved meats and scrumptious desserts. For adults, it costs $59.00 per person and for children, ages 12 and under, it costs $30 per child. [more] |
