Another beautiful place quickly being destroyed by incompetent authorities and drunk, dirty people. Settled in the beautiful Jonkershoek area near Stellenbosch, nestled among trees and next to the Eerste River, this place has the potential to be a real gem. Unfortunately, it is dirty, with lots of rubbish around, human waste and broken bottles. Quite frankly, it is disgusting. For this they charge you a good few Rands if you come with a car full of people too! What this place needs are stronger, higher border fences, more frequent cleaning, and patrolling officers to keep people in check. I'll never go back there. [more] |
