The Breakthrough Seafoods and Restaurants of Iloilo: Great Location, Tasty Dishes
Iloilo City is surrounded by bodies of water like seas and rivers. Seafoods are abundant in the place but only afew really cooks so good. Breakthrough restaurant is among those few that gives emphasis on the taste of the food. Although the location is a little far from the city proper, the restaurant is frequented by many sea food advocates. I have been to the place at least four times and most were in group or party dinners. Aside from sea foods though they have a variety of menus such as chop suey, laing and other native Filipino disches. There are two branches as I know, in Arevalo and in Mandurriao. I prefer the Sto. Niño Norte (Arevalo) branch though as it is beside the sea. I always had the chance to chat with friends at the shore enjoying the fresh air and the relaxing sound of the waves the sea offers.
