Maribor Castle stars

The Maribor Castle is certainly different from what I have seen so far. Either I like the beautiful and sumptuous or the war like castles. The Maribor is just a village castle almost, neither majestic nor siege prepared. The roof on the tower is green that normally goes with red, so say the books of decoration. Here the brick red and light green are almost kitsch. Of course the green is covered in dirt now but nevertheless. If you took the color of the tower away a masterpiece would emerge right before your eyes. The architecture and the organization of the rooms seen from outside would become visible but until then have fun painting it. [more]
