Fish restaurant Unner Deck Okay, so maybe they don´t put any focus on interior design in Stralsund, but it doesn´t seem to put off the locals. This fish restaurant is quite easy to miss as it is in a basement on the main shopping street (Ossenreyerstrasse), and consequently there´s not much daylight to brighten up the interior. Maybe a good thing, as tacky is not quite strong enough to describe the maritime fishing-nets-on-the-walls decorations. Northern fishermen choirs bubble from the speakers to complete the tackiness. Don´t matter, the food is what we were there for and it was tasty, fresh, hearty and good value for the money. The service was friendly as well. Would go there again. [more]
