I see Burge's Hickory Smoked Turkeys & Hams as a sort of live-saver for the modern day woman who hasn't got a clue about how to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner... or a dad who cooked his turkey a little too long because he wasn't paying attention to anything but the football game on television. Burge's Hickory Smoked Turkeys & Hams offers, well... smoked turkeys and hams, actually, along with smoked chicken, duck, pork ribs and even bacon, but there's not much more to it than that, not to mention that the prices are a bit high. Expect to pay $73.99 (plus tax) for an extra large turkey and for a whole spiral sliced ham (average size of fourteen to fifteen pounds), expect to pay $97.99. It's a lot, I know, but most people nowadays would consider it worth it, rather than to be completed humiliated in front of their entire family.
