When we finally managed to rearrange the flat viewing, we were pleasantly surprised. The landlord had furnished it really nicely, with framed paintings (by the landlord himself - he's one of Santa Teresa's many artists!) and the huge double window had an amazing view over the entire city centre.... Hoping we had actually sorted out accomodation in our favourite neighbourhood, we were a little nervous about viewing the place in case it turned out to be unsafe, or smelly and damp, or some other such problem.
