"Julienne" has no brothers (broers). Nevertheless, for eight yeras Misha van Craeywelt and Lisbeth Peers have been keeping up appearance-they are responsible for both the simple decor and the cuisine. Their vegetarian menu, culled from both land and sea, includes several savory tarts. Fashionable without excess, good without being gastronomic, this restaurant, located near the Grand Cafe Royal, constitutes, along with the Italian restaurant Panna Cotta and Tang's, the prime culinary attractions on this tentatively trendy, busy street.
