Sea World – enjoy great marine world
Sea World is one of the theme parks in Gold Coast, offering the most amazing marine world together with thrilling rides and shows. You can see many marine creatures there exhibiting vividly. The highlight of the Sea World is Shark Bay, it is the world largest lagoon range (man made) for various kinds of sharks. You will be have jaw dropped experience there, really amazing creature, awesome and amazing! Other standout is Polar Bear Shore where you can visit large and inspiring polar bear. It's interesting to see them in subtropical land. Besides these exhibition areas, you can also experience exciting rides there. Sea world is a great place for fun for the young and the old alike. Seaworld - cute marine animals and thrill rides in one!
I love love love Sea World! Located on the Southport Spit - a permanent sand spit that separates the Southport Broadwater from the Pacific Ocean - this theme park feature marine animals, shows and thrill rides! Some of the animals they have are Dolphins, which have a couple of shows a day, thrilling the audience by jumping out of the water and playing with their trainers. Similarily, there are Seals that have shows, the last time I went there they had 'The Golden Seal' something similiar to Indiana Jones where the seals helped their trainer find some lost treasure. You can also get photos with the seals kissing your cheek, or swim with the dolphins for an extra price. There are also aquariams that depict the animals natural habitats containing fairy penguins (the World's smallest penguin, so cute!), polar bears, seals, dugongs, turtles and sharks. There is a reasonably new attraction called 'Shark Island' where you can swim in the water above the shark enclosure or view them from underwater. Sea World's rides include a triple-loop roller coaster, a cable car, swinging pirate ship, a 4D cinema and a carousel. There is also a water park with water slides and adults' and children's pools. Sea World are linked to Warner Brother's Movie World and Wet 'n' Wild, if you plan on going to all three you can by a descounted ticket for all of them.
