Montezumas - Mexican food in Australia
Montezumas has branches in both Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta on the Gold Coast. Both are decked out in Aztec decorations (they seemed to have gone a little overboard, but it still looks great), are dimly lit with candles and have a great atmosphere and friendly staff. But most all delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices! They have meals you can share between two people for around 12 dollars and lots of great menu choices. Every Tuesday night they have two for one dinners, but cooking is essential as they get very busy! Try their famous sangria by the glass, half litre or full litre jugs, it's so refreshing on a hot Summer night. I prefer the Coolangatta branch as it’s right on the beach and has a balcony with a great view. Try Pancakes in Paradise right next door for a decadent dessert! [more] |
