III. Punta Villa Beach and Swimming
When I went to Punta Villa together with friends and with the children I used to tutor, I was shocked with the volume of swimmers around. It was weekend though and a big volume of customers might be considered that "normal". Another factor is that the place became a great playing area for children who want to swim for they have the big slide towards the children's pool making them enjoy so much and play with other children swimmers. The place is bigger than other pools in the city because it was designed to be frequented by a lot of swimmers. The children's pool is also big. Food and drinks are also available around in the kiosk and restaurant inside the complex making it more convincing for people to choose this place as a family favorite and let all enjoy the stay. The adults pool has a depth of five feet and above. As I have said, it was also full of swimmers and so was the childrens' pool.
To get to the place, simply take a jeepney with a Villa route (shown in sign boards) and tell the driver to drop you off at Punta Villa. After going down at the street, a hundred more meters walk is needed to reach the poolside area. With taxi or with car however, it is possible to get down at the place itself never needing to walk farther.
With three euros in pocket, this place is good and you will already have drinks and snack covered with this amount. [more]
