Schei Gate
Just as you are getting tired from all the walk you had in the old city, your eyes are delighted by a gate built from stone and bricks in the classic style. The Schei Gate, or as the Romanians call it, Poarta Schei, has the shape of a triumphal arch and is cut by three exits: the main, big one (for cars) and other two, smaller. Although the road to the gate is not very friendly (after all Brasov is placed at the base of the Carpathians), the monument will not disappoint you. [more] |
