Cibo is Food!
After shopping at the famous Greenhills mall of Manila, my companion and I decided to have some Italian taste for our dinner. To be honest, there are lots of restaurant and food choices around the mall area, both within the same building and in the surrounding establishments but Italian taste was so appealing at that moment. We looked around and saw the Italiannis place but since it was weekend, all the seats were occupied. Although among my friends and co-workers, this Italiannis is really a pop. To make the story short, we have found another Italian flavored place called Cibo (italian word for Food). The sight that attracted us to dine in this place is the menu stand with detailed menu book in it displayed outside the place. We browse around and have decided to take a Pizza Margherita , Pasta Al Nero di Seppia (it's the Italian term for it, I forgot what is their name in the menu} which is a pasta in black squid sauce. Of course the food was coupled fresh fruit shake and beer. The pizza came in rectangular form and not in the ordinary pie style. Honestly, what we ordered was a little much for the pizza alone can feed two persons. The taste was okay and the service was good. The ambiance was also beautiful because of the night view plus the fact that the place was full of busy people hurrying to dine around the nearby restaurants, which is for me, was such an intriguing sight. We also have a view of the pizza maker guy inside because the place was tailored to let the diners see how the kitchen personnels prepare the food that they were about to feast on. That included us.
