Restaurant: Acme
Acme is a bar and a grill in New York. It has been serving Cajun and Southern Cuisine for many years. The food is genuine southern food and those who are fans of this cuisine shall not be disappointed. The place looks interesting, rather unusual, I thought, when I first laid eyes on it. It is long but narrow, with tables for two on each side and a bar at the end of the restaurant. The waiters and waitresses move with a bit of difficulty because it is so narrow. There is much life in this place, and I for one felt at home. There was a party, some were wearing masks, some feathery hats, and others were just having fun. The live band that was singing retro or country music was a real sensation. [more] |
