Brasserie Georges
One of the more tourist-friendly restaurants we visited while in Lyon was "Brasserie Georges," which offered a menu in both French and English with clear translations. The cuisine here was what you would consider as "traditional French," with room for a full German cuisine section, as well. When we came here, we shared an order of six escargot and I decided to try something from the German menu: smoked pork belly, sausages, sauerkraut and steamed potatoes for around 20 Euros. Surprisingly enough, it was all very delicious! My husband had something along the lines of salmon lasagne, which he also thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely return here again one day! [more] |
