Adagio boasted a great mix of fusion food and, not only did they exceed my expectations, but they did it in style. This 1st floor place in Hong Kong’s Sheung Wan district provided a great selection of dishes, mixing western and Asian cuisines and also providing some traditional English delights amongst others. I ordered fish and chips with a starter of deep fried mushrooms. The portions were very large indeed and service was very good. I always think hot food should be vey hot, and there was no mistaking the fact that Adagio’s chefs though likewise. Everything came out perfect. As for the bill, it was modest especially considering how generous the helpings were, with most items in the HK$50 to HK$150 range.
