Silver Palace
The Silver Palace Chinese restaurant was an opulent place. Set in Bangkok’s Soi Pipat area, It offered high class Chinese dinning in every respect and its stylish warm interior immediately drew me in. The menu sported a large range of seafood and other Chinese favourites as well as shark fin soup, Peking duck and other authentic fare, but I ended up ordering the Roast Pigeon which was an absolute delight. Almost all dishes were available in small, medium and large portions and with circular tables and sharing being the correct way to do things, the small portion would suit 2 people whilst a large portion might well be the correct choice for a party of 6 or more.
