Boy, were we out of place here. Apparently Cairo has quite a large Spanish population, and clearly this restauant caters to them. That said, we were made to feel very welcome as guests and we enjoyed our lunch at this restaurant. The decor was a bit strange, all done in yellow and red with a bullfighting theme, but it kind of lent to the fun atmosphere and we enjoyed the laid-back feel of the dining room. The menu was all Spanish dishes, listed in Spanish and Arabic, but once we got some help with translation we had an excellent meal at a very good price.
