More like a nightclub
I understand that this is supposed to be a full-on Italian restaurant, and allegedly one of the best in Cairo, but on the night we went it seemed to be more of a bar combined with a music venue. It was a good night out, if not a bit noisy. It was hard to carry on a conversation, but the drinks were good (and fairly cheap), so we didn't mind so much. The music was nice, not a lot of Egyptian pop like we heard everywhere else. There weren't a lot of youngsters there - this is more a place for the over-30 crowd, which for us was a plus. [more] |
