Not impressed
This place was so over-hyped and overrun with the tourist set. Of course I don't have anything against tourism (obviously), but I dislike it when restaurants and attractions cater specifically to a Disney-esque standard of food and service in order to try to impress foreigners. The place seemed more American than Italian, and although the majority of the people seemed to be eating up the atmosphere, I wasn't impressed. The food was mediocre, and the prices were ridiculously high. I wouldn't bother with a second visit. [more] |
