A Famous Filipino Dish with a Twist
Adobo is a staple Filipino food, and it’s one of my favorite local dishes. Where else can you find the best adobo in the country but only in Adobo Republic? Like most Filipinos, I have become accustomed to bringing some foreign friends in this restaurant. It minimizes my work of explaining how authentic the Filipino food tastes like. On most days, the classic Adobo rice is an outstanding favorite. But for a food-seeker like me, I prefer Adobo with a twist—“Adobo sa Gata” in particular. Since this is Adobo Republic, you cannot expect other dishes on offer to be as outstandingly cooked as any of the Adobo dishes. You are in Adobo Republic, so eat Adobo!
