Fuente Osmena
When in Cebu, you probably won't miss the Osmena circle or more formally known as the Fuente Osmena. Located in the center of one of Cebu's busiest districts, Fuente Osmena is a famous park dedicated to the late Philippine President, Sergio Osmena, who also happens to be a homegrown Cebuano. I happen to be in the Fuente Osmena area several times already and it's always a site that reminds me that I have arrived in Cebu. Though I haven't actually spent that much time at the park itself, the landmark is pretty accessible from the commercial areas and is constantly populated not only by the locals who just want to people-watch but also by the tourists who stay in the inns and hostels near Fuente Osmena.
