Nice food but lousy services that totally spoils your appetite.
I wanted to have my lunch with my family there. When I arrived, the two lady staff who were talking at the cashier counter pretended not to see me. I tried to smile and waved my hand at them but they turned around with their back facing me. Then I had to called out, "Hello." then the waitress turned around and just looked at me without saying anything.
I asked if the restaurant is open for business, she just say yes and walked away. At this point of time, i was really angry, if it was not because my son wanted to eat Japanese food and was tired of looking for another restaurant, I would have left.
It was a total disappointment of their lousy customer service. It totally spoils customers' appetite. [more ]
Fumi is a Japanese Restaurant which I had the pleasure to visit whilst in Bangkok’s central Siam area recently. This place was traditionally furnished featuring dark wood fittings and low seats, plus a long wide sushi bar which was manned with professional sushi chefs who were there to prepare the freshest of dishes. Also on offer was a good range of sashimi and tepanyaki dishes amongst others. I was there for the salmon sashimi and this was freshly prepared and was of the highest quality too. Prices were around the mid range of what I would expect to pay, service was attentive and swift and the place was well located. [more ]
