Sefton Park
Sefton Park is a lovely, big park situated about three miles just outside of central Liverpool. I can't say exactly what area it is in but it can be described as being in both Aigburth, Allerton and Mossley Hill. It's a huge park with a river running through it- perfect for sun bathing, walking the dog or having a bite to eat at the Sefton Park Palm House. Part of it is currently closed for reservations (I'm not exactly sure what they are doing!). It takes ages to walk from one side to the other and you could easily get lost as there are many little paths leading to small enclaves and woody glens. [more] |
