Max's Fried Chicken
The tagline for Max’s Restaurant is “Sarap to the Bones,” which is Filipino for “Delicious to the bones.” True enough, Max’s fried chicken is something to rave about. Adding the delicious Jufran banana ketchup to the chicken only makes it better. Max’s is a traditional Filipino restaurant which founded itself back in the World War era. The chicken the restaurant served back then is the same as the chicken now, and that is definitely a good thing. The quality of service in the restaurant is also fantastic as Max’s makes sure to keep the experienced waiters in order to assure diners of a pleasant dining experience. Max’s can be found in just about every main street in Metro Manila so finding a branch should not be difficult. [more] |
