Spicythai Backpackers Hostel
Spicythai Backpackers is a bit away from downtown but a great place to stay. The hostel is set up like a real house with no halls or anything, and everyone hangs out together. The only downside is that the dorm is located close to the tv room so it can be very noisy when you are trying to sleep. So bring some earplugs if you think you need to have an early night. The staff were good fun and often organised get togethers as well as nights out in town. They were also very helpful with arranging trips in the area. I stayed in the 10 bed mixed dorm which was 6.02 Euros per night. The price includes a free breakfast of granola, corn flakes, milk, coffee and tea. There is also free internet access and parking. My only complaint is that the bathroom floor and the shower were really dirty. [more] |
