Kan Zaman restaurant
The Kan Zaman restaurant is a popular stop for tour groups which is well deserved, because the owners have managed to create a very authentic Middle Eastern setting. The place is decorated with all the typical rugs, wall tapestries, bronze decorations and you have the waiters dressed in traditional clothing and traditional music playing. Our buffet lunch also had many traditional dishes like lamb and spinach stew, chicken with sumac and onions, tahini, humus, pita bread, an there was a whole range of salads and desserts. Near to the restaurant there are some souvenir and spice shops which are worth a visit and reasonably priced. [more] |
