Blue Fig restaurant
The Blue Fig is the place where many young Jordanians go to be seen. It´s a modern wood-metal-glass building with warm colours and art works by regional artists. It has a kind of coffee house vibe and is almost always packed with people having anything from breakfast to late-night drinks. You can also watch live bands performing several nights a week. Our menu was something of an art work itself and offered a very diverse selection with anything from sushi rolls to baked potatoes. There was also a full bar menu. We tried a few pizza-like dishes some tasting a lot better than others. The service was not always great, the chairs were not that comfortable and at times the music a bit loud to hear each other talking. [more] |
