Hostel Mali Mrak stars

I wasn´t sure about the location for this hostel but it turned out to be no problem at all. It is too far to walk to the centre but only about 10 mins on the tram which is quite frequent.
We stayed in the 7 bed dorm which was 100 Kuna per night.
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and offered lots of useful advice. A nice touch was the happy hour with free beer! Of course it depends on who you are sharing with but in general the place were kept clean. The kitchen is quite small though and the place can feel a little cramped when it´s fully booked.
