Dudley Zoo & Castle
Dudley Zoo and Castle, is located in Dudley, West Midlands. I have been there with family and my Grandson. The zoo is not the biggest I have ever visited. The grounds are reasonably well spread out, and there are good paths all around the zoo. The animals are very well cared for and the staff appear to be passionate about their jobs. Within the zoo grounds, there are the ruins of Dudley Castle, with fantastic views across the area. They have theme nights at the Castle, such as ghost talks and eerie evenings. I am aware that the castle has had a TV programme made their in the past on the subject of Ghost hunting. I would recommend a visit, if you are touring this area. [more] |
