A Taste of Texas
Austin Grill has about half a dozen outlets in the DC-Maryland-Northern Virginia area and is extremely popular with the people who live here. They serve Austin-style Tex-Mex made with fresh ingredients at very reasonable prices ($15-20 per person including a drink). The atmosphere is fun and friendly and service is usually great. I like to come with friends if we’re having a night out but it’s a good choice for families as well. Almost anything on the menu is good, but I’m really partial to their steaks which are really well-seasoned with dry rub, perfectly cooked and made from a quality cut of meat.
