The Art of Indian Cuisine
I was fortunate enough to be invited to this new restaurant and what a find this is. Opening a new restaurant in Bangkok is not easy as the city has just about everything on offer already. But I am sure this place will do well. It’s Northern Indian cuisine, with a blend of modern ideas. The chef is at the top of his trade, and produces dishes which can only be described as excellent. All the spices are ground in the kitchens from the real, raw produce, and even the yoghurts and cheeses are made here. The dishes are both meat and vegetarian, and cooked to produce the most tender and tasty meals. I would recommend a trip to this restaurant, whether tourist or resident.
