Bambu Fusion
This restaurant and bar has some good vibes about it, and worth a visit when in Chiang Mai. Time will tell if they can sustain the food,music,atmosphere they are striving for. The food has some really nice western dishes, such as the Brunch Srambled Egg with Salmon. There some Thai standards in there and on Friday and Saturday there is live music. Chiang Mai has become a very competitive place for new venture, almost on a par with Bangkok. So any new restaurant or bar will have to come up with something seriously good to make it work. Time will tell if Bambu can make it in Chiang Mai, but I thought it was just a little better than some, not so good as others. [more] |
