Salem City

Salem City

Salem is a municipality in Bodensee district, South Germany. Don’t look down on this small city. Why? Because one of the most prestigious private boarding schools in Europe is located in Salem City. I was very surprised when my friend told me about Schule Schloss Salem, and most of famous people in Germany and other European countries studied there, like Prince Phillip (Prince of Greece), Queen Sophia of Spain (Princes of Greece), Ferdinand (Prince of Bismarck) and many other famous people.
I was listening to him with my disbelief. As a part of district Bodensee, of course, it shares the view of the Constance Lake (Bodensee). Although Salem City is very small, but it is not boring. Because you can visit the Rathaus (Salem City Hall), Affenberg (a place to see the monkeys), churches, Salem Castle with the park and garden, and of course Salem Abbey. I’ve been to many places in Salem and I like them, and I think you’d like it as well. [more ]
