Practical but not really a holiday space
For proximity to the train station in Brighton, you could not find a more convenient hotel than Jurys Inn. Thankfully, this is what I required it for, as I was making several trips to towns outside Brighton and as I was carrying luggage and purchases, I did not have far to drag myself. That being said, with the exception of the friendly and helpful staff - everything about it was mediocre. It was just one of those modern hotels that 'will do', lacking character, views, homeliness or that sense of putting in that extra comodity or facility that would make you feel that your custom mattered. It is good as a base, the staff were nice and at least they provided feedback forms so that you could make your suggestions. [more] |
