Cheap & Cheerful Lodgings in TST
I know; there’s 100’s of hostels in HK, and the websites are bewildering. You can search for ages just finding one near your MTR of choice/doesn’t look scary/isn’t a rip off etc, so I was pleased to have picked the Vincent Guest House, at random, last weekend. Situated on Nathan Road, right next to the MTR, this unpretentious guest house offers a clean bed in a central location, with a friendly management for a lot less dollar than many other places. Yes, the rooms are small (but clean), yes you’re in a mansion block that’s confusing to get out of, but hey, if you just want a no-frills bed for a couple of nights whilst you party and shop, you could do worse than Vincent which offers rooms at a lot cheaper price than other very similar places I’ve stayed in in HK before.
