Steak at the Duck
The Hotel Mosman, better known as the Duck, is a great place to grab a cheap steak on the North Shore. While granted it was a $5 steak deal, now at just under $8 - it still ain't so bad. If Steak doesn't tickle your fancy, then the fish'n'chips and the bangers and mash are also both great choices. You can be sure to catch the most recent sport on the big screens, and the upstairs verandah gets a nice breeze on summer afternoons. You can normally pick up a pool game out the back, and if you're looking to sink some beers you'll be stoked to know the schooners are 10% bigger here. [more] |
