Destination Spa - Miraval
This is a place where you can literally live in your bath robe - from guest cottage to dining room to spa. It is ideal. And traveling as a single woman, I felt quite comfortable here, eating in the dining room alone, participating in programs alone. Of course, it is a romantic destination if you like, and a great girlfriend getaway, but above all, it is a place to focus on your self, your mental and physical well-being. I learned a couple of tips about eating - how to truly enjoy your food and focus on its energy - that I have carried over to the rest of my life. It feels good. It made a difference. A choice of activities allow you to challenge yourself physically and mentally and emotionally. I loved it, loved it, loved. Wish I had enough time and money to do this a couple of times a year.
