East Side Mario's - Edmonton South Common
I had lunch at East Side Mario's and really enjoyed the service. One thing about this restaurant was that they offered free refills on a lot of things: soft drinks, bread, soup, and salad. The waitress that my companion and I had serving us was very friendly, we were never ignored, and she had a great attitude. Myself I had the spaghetti and meatballs which was really good except that they didn't really provide a generous portion of spaghetti noodles. There was enough meatballs for sure but since I ordered the regular size for spaghette (they also had 'small' as an option) I was expecting something larger than I what I got. I actually would have expected portions I received to be the $8 small order instead of the $13 regular order. I guess if you are going here and are a big eater, fill up a little on the soup of the day or salad and then when your entree comes and its about 30% smaller than what you expected, maybe that will be just perfect.
