Africa’s Best Dishes at Fasika Ethopian Restaurant
The Fasika Ethiopian Restaurant is the one other place where African culinary expertise is demonstrated to the fullest in Uganda. The restaurant serves an African cuisine largely dominated by Ethiopian specialties. Anyway, I noticed there were quite some elements of similarities between the Ethiopian dishes and Italian specialties and macaroni pizza was one of their specialties. I believe these similarities are as a result of centuries of close political, social and economic association between the two countries. The Fasika restaurant does not require customers to make advance reservations. However, it is such a high traffic restaurant because my friend and I had difficulties finding seating space at around 4.00pm.
