Getting from Valletta Airport to the city
Last month we flew to Malta to spend there short holiday. When we got out of arrival hall we were approached by numerous taxi drivers, which we ignored. Taxi is pretty expensive on the island. 15 minutes trip to the city costs about 20 euro. So the best and cheapest way is to take a bus number 8, which goes approximately every 30 minutes. The ride to Valletta main bus station takes about 45 minutes and costs less than 1 Euro. From there the buses are going to all parts of the island. [more] |
