OR2K Restaurant
OR2K is a great Israeli-run vegetarian restaurant, located in the middle of Thamel area. There is take-away stall downstairs, where you can get falafel in bowl with French fries or also inside a wrap. The restaurant itself is on the second floor. There are no chairs; you will sit on the carpets on the floor. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed and the restaurant was full every evening, when we were there. The portion of falafel is especially recommended, it comes with fresh salad, hummus, tahina and lafa (Israeli bread). I paid for that 200 Rupees and it was definitely worth every Rupee. [more] |
