Culinary Island Paradise
Our 3 days at the Bedarra Island Resort were a truly amazing experience.The private boat ferry from Dunk Island took us past a number of stunning islands.The best was left to last as Bedarra Island is a beautiful tropical paradise.The resort is strategically nestled in amongst the natural bush with all rooms enjoying unique water views.There are butterflies everywhere!! The quality of the food coupled with the service is extraordinary.Every meal is of a 5 star quality and typical of what you would find in restaurants like Vue De Monde in Melbourne.I went out on a fishing charter one morning and caught coral trout.By lunch,the resort was dining on beautifully cooked coral trout with a stunning salsa salad.WOW! I can't wait to do it all again.Bedarra Island Resort is the complete package. [more] |
