Tasting workshop: a resounding success!
On Saturday, June 5, 2010, a score of young pastry chefs had the opportunity to meet Christophe Roussel at the Hôtel du Cadran. The tasting workshop, organised in the hotel’s breakfast room, was a complete success. The participants were able to make verrine recipes, the Pastry chef’s latest creations for the summer. And as one success paves the way for others, the workshop will be repeated throughout the year. The price for forthcoming sessions is €50 per person.
