Galicia - impressive region of Spain
Galicia is one of my favorite regions in Spain. It is always green due to the Atlantic proximity and rain – and the landscapes that mix the typical small Galician rivers (called Rias) and the ocean coast are unique in the world. Fishing activities mark many cities in Galicia, from Vigo to A Coruña. Towards the mountains Orense has a more rural nature – and Santiago de Compostela’s old centre is magnificent. I also like a lot the very north of Galicia – when you go to Cabo Ortegal. There you will see wild horses and amazing open Atlantic beaches.
